Initial Exterior Wrap Installation

A course of aluminum flashing embedded in caulk protects against termites and water.

Breathable, Tyvek housewrap is our drainage plane over the OSB. Water and wind can’t get in, but moisture is allowed to escape.

Tyvek is taped at the seams, wrapped into window openings and all the way up the roof completely sealing the structure.
