ART Design Build was delighted yet again to be the belle of the ball at the 2011 Contractor of the Year awards banquet held on January 29 at the W Hotel in Alexandria. Walking away with seven awards confirms that ART Design Build is a SUPERbuilder and the go-to contractor in the Bethesda and DC metro area. Award winning design and execution is the standard at ART Design.

Good thing we are expert builders, as we will need to add an addition to the office just to accommodate them all!

A.R.T. Design Build is featured in Bethesda Magazine’s September/October issue for our “Igloo” project – our most eco-friendly build yet. We were approached to turn plans for a guest house into a truly sustainable space. Designed to use natural heating sources, the space will cost 50 to 60 percent less to heat and cool than a conventional home. See the building process from beginning to end here at our Igloo Blog.
