ART Design Build has received two Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards. These are given out by NARI Headquarters to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects.
We are proud to announce that we have received 3 more Chrysalis Awards.
Since 1993 The Chrysalis Awards have honored the finest remodeling projects in the country. Their goal, as stated on their site, “…is to provide consumers, remodelers, designers, architects and editors with a resource for remodeling ideas and to identify those companies that produce award-winning work.”
EPA Lead Certified
ART Design Build was certified as a company by the EPA on March 2, 2010. Under the rule, beginning in April 2010, contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
All ART project managers are individually trained and certified to practice Lead Safe practices in the field.
